We chose Chatham Square subdivision due to its friendly atmosphere, spacious lots and close proximity to everything in Grand Blanc. But when it comes to our home no one came close to the beautiful design or attention to detail that Eagle Custom Homes provides. That's why when it came time to add on our four seasons room choosing Eagle was simple.

When our family decided to look for a new home we knew we wanted two things: to stay in the Grand Blanc Schools System because of the wonderfull educational programs, and a new built house. We looked at a lot of houses, mostly in subdivisions. At that time our home was on a main street wtih ltos of poperty and two wonderfuly neighbors. We knew moving into a subdivision would be quite a change. It was love at first sight when John Horcha showed us our new house.

Our home in Chatam Square is the first new built we have owned. Although it was 80% finished when we deiced to purchase it, John and Bart were so wonderful to work with us on completing out basement too before we moved in. Our oldest daughter wanted to be in by Christmas. John and Bart were great! They made it happen and we were able to spend Christmas in our new home.

Although we were hesitant about living in a subdivision we love it here. The neighborhood is quiet but at the same time filled with activity. Our family loves to go for walks around the neighborhood and visit with the friends we have made. We have only lived here a little over a year but it is home and we are all happy we made the decision to move into this subdivision.

Since we have lived here, Bart has done additional work for us, setting up someone to do our sprinkler system, built our barn and helped us find a company to do some additional landscaping. He is always there when we call.

It is unfortunate for the people I know who have built new homes and only have complains. They should have used Eagle Custom Homes because the experience of building their dream house could have been a joyous one and they would have acquired a friend with the process
